2025-26 Dues

The welcoming entrance to the Wellington Subdivision.  We take pride in the entrance and have seasonal flowers planted in the spring and fall.

The salt water pool has been completely renovated and a great place to be starting the first Saturday in May. The perfect place for the summer fun and parties.  Pool hours are 6 AM - 10 PM.  A key card is required for access.

The playground has recently been updated and the clubhouse has a covered area as well as kitchen area for kid's parties or meetings.
